Pre-Conference

A small group time with Jason Gant and Austin Walker. They will share the top few things they would absolutely do again if they had to do it all over. They will also share the things they tried in ministry that weren't as successful. We want you tobe equipped with, and understand, various tools that have proven sucessful for other Youth Workers. We also want to encourage you to keep on doing what you do, understanding that regardless of the size of your budget, church, or influence, no one gets it ALL right ALL the time. If we continue to do our best, God will use even our smallest efforts to his glory!

General Session

The Friday evening session will be an evening of Encouragement! We want to say thank you for doing what you do and help you remember the importance of what you do. Thanks for being Lovers of Jesus and for being Youth Workers!! What you do makes a difference in the lives of students and their families. We want you to remember why you decided to serve God through serving students. Jason & Austin will both be speaking on Friday Night. We can't wait to tell you how much we value you and your ministry.More imporantly, we want to show you how much God values what you do.

General Session

This Morning session will be all about equipping you. We will begin the day with worship lead by The Overflow Band. Throughout this session, we will provide you with tools to encourage your soul while growing your ministry and present practical steps to implement into your current ministry. Whatever your role is in working with students, we want to give you insight on new ideas to continue doing great ministry.

Saturday night will focus on Empowerment. We want you to be empowered to do Gods work, in your spheres of influence, to the best of your ability. We want to encourage you to take a few of the ideas that you have been equipped with and encourage you to use them to do great ministry, with the purpose of raising up disciples and furthering the Kingdom of God.
